					<description><![CDATA[This is my 3rd time making this cake because it is delicious however if you have a fan over it definitely only needs to be cooked at 160c even then I had to cover it with foil after 30 mins and it still was pretty dark and a little crisp on the bottom. I think I will try 150 c next or check it after 35 mins. I will also get an oven thermometer to make sure mine doesn’t run hotter. I’ve just made a batch of Seville marmalade so perfect time to make the cake and it does look
