			<p><strong>За супата:</strong><br />
1. Обелете и нарежете лука на ситно. Запържете го в тенджера с малко зехтин на умерен огън.<br />
2. Обелете и нарежете на ситно морковите, картофите и тиквичката. Прибавете ги към супата заедно с цветчетата броколи и залейте с гореща вода.<br />
3. Прибавете сухите бульони и оставете супата да ври на среден огън за около 30-45 минути.<br />
4. Щом зеленчуците омекнат, прибавете пресен магданоз и пасирайте супата до гладкост. Овкусете със сол и смлян черен пипер.<br />
5. По желание, при сервиране добавете малко течна сметана.</p>
<p><strong>За хлебчетата:</strong><br />
1. Смесете всички продукти в купа и с помощта на шпатула объркайте всичко, така че по стените да няма сухо брашно. Покрийте с лепнещо прозрачно фолио и оставете тестото да втаса за 30 мин.<br />
2. Сгънете тестото с мокри ръце на няколко пъти. Покрийте отново и оставете на страна за още 30 мин.<br />
3. Направете втори сгъвания, покрийте отново и оставете тестото да втаса за 45 минути.<br />
4. Набрашнете обилно плота и изсипете тестото от купата. Леко го раздърпайте с ръце. Поръсете с още брашно и с нож за тесто нарежете на осем части. Прехвърлете ги върху тава, застлана с хартия за печене и ги изпечете на 230°С за около 25 мин.</p>

Завихря се плавно и падат листата, жълъдите тик-такат по керемидите, врабчетата се сгушват под стряхата. Вглежда се напред, с премрежен поглед на художник увлечен в сюжет, и застива в краката й времето. Засияват в златисто листата над лилавите хризантеми. Пламва в огън ливадата с белите лилии. Червени гъбки изникват след стъпките ни&#8230; Улисано шари целия свят и спира едва, когато избагри душите ни в меки усмивки, копнеж за добро, вглъбено себе-съзерцание.</p>

			<p>1. Загрейте 1 с.л. зехтин в средно голям тиган на умерен огън. Запържете филийките хляб до златисто за около 4 минути от всяка страна. Прехвърлете го в чиния.</p>
<p>2. Натрийте скилидка чесън върху запържения хляб, след което подправете със сол. С върха на нож прободете всяка филия, за да може да попие соса от гъбите.</p>
<p>3. Загрейте маслото и 1 с.л. зехтин в същия тиган на умерен огън. Измийте, подсушете и нарежете гъбите на кръгчета. Добавете ги заедно със ситно нарязаният шалот и разбъркайте от време на време, докато гъбите станат златистокафяви и хрупкави. Добавете виното и лимоновия сок и гответе, докато течността се поизпари. Прибавете мащерката и настърганата лимонова кора и разбъркайте. Свалете гъбената смес от котлона и я подправете със сол и смлян черен пипер.</p>
<p>4. Разпределете гъбите върху всяка филийка и поръсете щедро с рукола и балсамов оцет.</p>

			<p style="font-weight: 400;">1. Загрейте малко олио в дълбока тенджера. Прибавете ситно настърганият корен от джинджифил, пастата от червено къри, соевия сос, сиропа от клен и разбъркайте.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">2. <span lang="BG">Добавете вряла вода, кубче зеленчуков бульон и ситно нарязаните гъби и соево тофу. Обелете външната страна на лимоновата трева, срежете 1/3 от горната страна и счукайте корена с плоската страна на нож, за да се освободят всички аромати. Прибавете към супата и я оставете да къкри за около 15 минути.</span></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">3. Прибавете кокосовото мляко, ситно нарязаният пресен лук. Гответе за още 10 минути. Извадете стръка лимонова трева.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">4. Преди сервиране, поръсете всяка порция с пресен кориандър.</p>

			<p>1. Измийте патладжана и отрежете краищата. Срежете всеки патладжан на 4 филийки, по дължина. Посолете и поръсете всяка страна със сол и смлян черен пипер.</p>
<p>2. Поставете в три отделни, дълбоки чинии брашно, сухи трохи и соева течност. Загрейте малко олио в широк тиган. Потопете всеки резен, от двете страни, първо в брашното, после в соевата течност и най-накрая в сухите трохи. Поставете в тигана и запържете до златисто за около 2 минути от всяка страна, след което поставете шницела в тава, покрита с хартия за печене. Повторете с останалите резени.</p>
<p>3. Загрейте фурната на 180 градуса. Сложете шницелите да се изпекат за около 15 минути, докато сърцевината им омекне.</p>
<p>4. Сервирайте с гарнитура от зелена салата и пържени картофки.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Личи си, че съм на диета, нали? Малко олекотявам ястията в къщи, потапяйки се в ароматният свят на веган и вегетарианските ястия. Днес черпя вдъхновение от арабската кухня и приготвям печен карфиол сервиран с изключително вкусна разядка/сос „Мухамара“.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Приготвя се от печен червен пипер и орехи. В оригиналната рецепта се използва меласа от нар, но лесно я заменям с малко сок от изцеден лимон и мед. Сосът е сладко-кисел и пикантен. За дълго остава да гали небцето и подхожда, както на зеленчуци така и на риба и месо. Напомня на испанският сос „Ромеско“!</p>

			<p>1. Измийте и нарежете на цветчета карфиола. Поставете го в дълбока купа и го залейте с малко зехтин, къри на прах, червен пипер на прах, чесън на прах, сух магданоз и настърган Пармезан. Объркайте всичко и го изсипете в тавичка.</p>
<p>2. Печете за около 20-30 минути на 200г във фурната, или докато карфиола омекне и придобие лек захар.</p>
<p>3. Изпечете и обелете червените чушки.</p>
<p>4. Блиндирайте орехите. Прибавете печените, обелени чушки и малко зехтин. Блиндирайте до гъста каша. Прибавете чесъна, трохите, доматеното пюре, сока от лимон и меда и блиндирайте. Овкусете с кимион и кайенски пипер и при необходимост разредете с още зехтин и объркайте всичко.</p>
<p>5. Сервирайте карфиола поръсен с пресен магданоз, щедри лъжици сос „Мухамара“ и салата от краставички.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Краят на август е и температурите леко започват да спадат. След летните горещи дни, сега вече ни се хапва топла и уханна супа. Помолих любимия да ми купи от магазина цигулкова тиква, а вместо това, той се връща у дома с корен от целина. Смеем се заедно, че явно супата ще е по-различна от вкусът, който си представях.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Истина е, че отдавна не бяхме приготвяли супа от целина. Имам няколко любими рецепти, но като любител кулинар днес измислям нещо различно. Супа от само три съставки &#8211; корен от целина, лук и ябълка! Комбинацията е изключително приятна, още повече, когато се сервира с гарнитура от късчета пържен бекон, чери домати и магданоз.</p>

			<p>1. Обелете, измийте и нарежете корена от целина на купчета.</p>
<p>2. Обелете и нарежете лука на ситно.</p>
<p>3. Обелете, почистете семките и нарежете една ябълка на кубчета.</p>
<p>4. Загрейте малко зехтин в дълбока тенджера. Прибавете лука и го запържете за няколко минути.</p>
<p>5. Прибавете целината, ябълката и залейте супата с гореща вода. Прибавете бульоните и я оставете да ври за около 30 минути.</p>
<p>6. Прибавете течната сметана и пасирайте супата. При необходимост добавете още малко вода, за да не е прекалено гъста. Овкусете със сол и смлян черен пипер.</p>
<p>7. Сервирайте с късчета препържен тънък бекон, чери домати нарязани на ситно и пресен магданоз.</p>
