			<p style="text-align: justify;">Летните салати биха могли да бъдат малко по-разнообразни нали? Хранителният режим е по-лек и разтоварващ и именно в това е загадката, лично за мен с това ястие. Дали да се сервира по-време на брънч (късна закуска), да се предложи като основно ястие или като салата? Вие какво бихте предпочели? За мен, изборът не е толкова важен, колкото удоволствието да сервирам нещо неописуемо вкусно, по което и време би било през денонощието. Лек и пухкав омлет „суфле“, гарниран с крема сирене, авокадо и зеленчуци. Всяка хапка е вкус на лято! Всяка хапка е наслада!</p>

			<p>1. Разбийте с миксер в купа жълтъците, солта, смленият черен пипер, пармезана и сметаната.</p>
<p>2. Разбийте с миксер в друга купа белтъците, докато образуват твърди върхове по бъркалките. Внимателно прибавете белтъците към жълтъците и объркате сместа до гладкост.</p>
<p>3. Загрейте малко зехтин в 18 см-ов тиган. Прибавете ¼ от сместа и гответе омлета за около 5 минути на умерен огън, докато долната страна покафенее. Обърнете го на обратно и гответе за още 2 минути, след което го извадете и поставете в отделен съд. Повторете с останалите омлети.</p>
<p>4. Декорирайте всяка чиния, като намажете ½ от всеки омлет с крема сирене, поръсите отгоре микрокълнове, сухи домати и резени авокадо. Прегънете омлета на две и добавете отстрани допълнително краставички, сухи домати и микрокълнове. Поръсете със зехтин и оцет, и сервирайте.</p>

Помня като деца, как тичахме из баирите на село в търсене на диви божури – червени и уханни, цъфтящи точно за един от най-светлите български празници. Понякога забравяме… Забравяме колко много сме дали на света. Колко силно сме се борили, за да ни има. Точно такива каквито сме – с достойно вдигната глава, чисти сърца и светли усмивки. Нека винаги пребъде българщината!</p>

			<p>1. Сварете яйцата и щом изстинат ги обелете.</p>
<p>2. Обелете и настържете на едро ренде моркова и пащърнака. Поставете ги в купичка и ги объркайте с майонеза.</p>
<p>3. Нарежете халумито на филийки и го изпържете на грил тиган от двете страни.</p>
<p>4. Сервирайте, като разпределите в чинии халумито, нарязаното авокадо, нарязаните на кръгчета краставички, салатата рукола и от сместа от моркови и пащърнак. Поръсете салата с кедрови ядки, зехтин и малинов оцет, и подредете отгоре нарязаното на четири части яйце.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Салатата която ви предлагам днес е интерпретация на класическата тайландска салата от пиле и фъстъчен сос. Свежа, вкусна и практична е. Особено, когато ви е останало печено пиле от предишни гозби.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Готова е за минути, а сосът спокойно бихте могли да използвате и за други ястия – като добавка към печено барбекю например!</p>

			<p>1. Направете соса от фъстъчено масло като смесите в малка тенджерка на слаб огън фъстъченото масло, оцета, меда, кокосовото мляко, соевият сос и сока от лайм. Бъркайте до образуване на гладък сос.</p>
<p>2. Измийте и подсушете зелената салата. Измийте и нарежете на клечки репичките. Обелете, измийте и нарежете на клечки морковите.</p>
<p>3. Нарежете (накъсайте) на хапки изпечената пилешка гърда.</p>
<p>4. Смесете в дълбока купа салатата, зеленчуците и пилето. Поръсете с фъстъчен сос, пресен кориандър и фъстъци.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Освен традиционните български Великденски гозби, в световната кулинария, празника се посреща и с толкова много разнообразни на вкус ястия. Супа от бели аспержи, предястия от яйца и разновидности на Великденско агнешко или алтернативно – бяла риба… Всяко меню, откликва на лични предпочитания и вкус.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Като предястие, аз сервирам салата с малък тарт от крема сирене и зелени аспержи. Толкова е лека и вкусна, прекрасна за малко по-изискан повод и начин на празнуване.</p>

			<p>1. Намазнете 6 120 см-ви формички за тарт. Нарежете корите на 24 квадрата. Намажете всеки един квадрат с малко олио. Сложете във всяка формичка, една върху друга, по четири кори, подредени под лек ъгъл.</p>
<p>2. Смесете в купа крема сиренето, ½ от настърганата кора от лимон, настъргания Пармезан, горчицата, ситно нарязаният естрагон и див лук, солта и смления черен пипер. Объркайте всичко заедно и разпределете крема във всяка купичка. Загладете повърхността. Подредете отгоре зелените аспержи. Подгънете на два, три пътни навътре корите за баница, за да се образува равномерен кръг около тарта.</p>
<p>3. Загрейте фурната на 200 г и печете тартовете за около 15-20 минути.</p>
<p>4. Смесете в купа царевичната салата, микрокълновете, малиновия оцет и зехтина. Сложете в центъра на всяка чиния по един изпечен тарт и аранжирайте около него салтата. Преди сервиране, посипете върху всеки тарт по малко настъргана кора от лимон и сухи листа от метличина.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Обичате ли през зимата зеленчуци на фурна? Трябва да си призная, че това е едно от най-любимите ми ястия през студените дни – просто зеленчуци, гриловани на фурна, сервирани като салата с моцарела Бурата, или като основно ястие с варен булгур и хумус.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Днешното предложение е за зеленчуци, които бихте могли да сервирате като гарнитура през празничните дни, или при желание, като мен като зимна салата.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Комбинацията е изключително лесна – тиква, брюкселско зеле, червен лук, ябълка и орехи. Овкусявам ги с малко олио, сол и смлян черен пипер и най-важната съставка – кленов сироп. Комбинацията е божествена!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Само 30 минути във фурната и имате най-вкусните зеленчуци, които някога сте опитвали!</p>

			<p>1. Обелете, почистете и нарежете тиквата на кубчета.</p>
<p>2. Почистете, измийте и изрежете твърдите краища на брюкселското зеле. Отрежете всяка малка зелка на две.</p>
<p>3. Обелете и нарежете лука на едри люспи.</p>
<p>4. Обелете, почистете от семките и нарежете ябълката на едри кубчета.</p>
<p>5. Постелете хартия за печене върху тава. Подредете равномерно тиквата, брюкселското зеле, лука, ябълката и орехите, така че да не се препокриват.</p>
<p>6. Овкусете със сол и смлян черен пипер, и полейте зеленчуците с олио и кленов сироп.</p>
<p>7. Загрейте фурната на 220 градуса (с вентилатор). Печете зеленчуците за около 25-30 минути, или докато омекнат. Разбъркайте по средата на печене.</p>
<p>8. Сервирайте зеленчуците в салатно плато, поръсени с пресен магданоз и късчета моцарела Бурата.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Есен е, и обирам последните цветя, преди да почистим градината и да я приготвим за зимен сън. Октомври е, а все се още имам цъфнала лавандула. Ухае неземно. Аранжирам я в малки букетчета в комбинация с цъфнали рози, а любимият се мръщи: „Мирише на перилен препарат!“ Смеем се заедно! Аранжирам букетчетата на перваза в кухнята и ни става уютно.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Днес приготвям за обяд любимата ми салата от пържен бекон, карамелизирани ябълки и козе сирене. Заливам я обилно с домашен дресинг от кисело мляко, горчица и мед. Всичко е толкова апетитно и вкусно. Салатата напомня за лято, но вкусовете прошепват за есен. Малко е хаотично подредена в чинията, но само почакайте да объркате всичко в блаженият сос – хаосът е неминуем. Но това е и единственият начин да получите съвършена хапка, богата с вкус!</p>

			<p>1. Измийте и подсушете зелената салата. Разпределете я по равно в две чинии.</p>
<p>2. Измийте и нарежете да половина доматите. Разпределете ги по равно в чиниите.</p>
<p>3. Обелете, измийте и нарежете на кръгчета краставичките. Сложете ги в чиниите.</p>
<p>4. Запържете до златисто бекона в сух тиган. Разпределете го по равно в чиниите.</p>
<p>5. Запазете мазнината от пържения бекон. Обелете, измийте и нарежете ябълката на кубчета. Запържете я с малко краве масло в тигана и мазнината в която се е пържил бекона. След около 15 минути, щом ябълките започнат да омекват, прибавете малко мед. Разбъркайте всичко заедно и пържете още 5 минутки до карамелизиране. Разпределете ябълките в чиниите.</p>
<p>6. Декорирайте салата с късчета козе крема сирене и късчета препечен хляб.</p>
<p>7. Направете дресинга, като смесите в една чаена чаша киселото мляко, майонезата, горчицата, меда и овкусите със сол и смлян черен пипер.</p>
<p>8. Залейте обилно салатата с дресинг преди сервиране.</p>
