			<p style="text-align: justify;">Най-любимото ми ястие и до ден днешен си остава Виетнамското червеното къри. Цялото семейство го обожава и често разнообразяваме рецептата с различни по вид зеленчуци и месо – пиле, скариди и телешко филе. Толкова е вкусно и лесно за направа. Днес сервираме за обяд, къри с моркови, патладжан и тиквичка. Не прибавям скаридите към тях, за да могат да запазят своята хрупкавост. Сервирам с предварително сварен Басмати ориз, но лесно бихте могли да го замените и с друг – Жасминов, например!</p>

			<p>1. Нагрейте зехтина на силен огън в дълбок тиган. Прибавете скаридите и сито нарязаните скилидки чесън. Овкусете със сол и смлян черен пипер и запържете до златисто, за около 10-15 минути. Щом са готови, дръпнете на страна.</p>
<p>2. В друг тиган със загрят зехтин, прибавете нарязаните тиквичка, моркови и патладжан. Прибавете лимоновата трева. Гответе за около 5 минути, след което прибавете кърито и кокосовото мляко. Бъркайте до образуване на гладък сос. Овкусете със сок от лайм, захар, сол и смлян черен пипер. Извадете лимоновата трева.</p>
<p>3. Сервирайте във всяка порция Басмати ориз, зеленчуково къри, скариди и поръсете със свежи листа от мента, босилек и кориандър.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Лятото е сезонът на вкусните салати. Повечето са ни вече познати, но е истинско удоволствие, когато може да добавим нови вкусове към семейният хранителен репертоар.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Салатата която ви предлагам днес е интерпретация на класическата тайландска салата от пиле и фъстъчен сос. Свежа, вкусна и практична е. Особено, когато ви е останало печено пиле от предишни гозби.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Готова е за минути, а сосът спокойно бихте могли да използвате и за други ястия – като добавка към печено барбекю например!</p>

			<p>1. Направете соса от фъстъчено масло като смесите в малка тенджерка на слаб огън фъстъченото масло, оцета, меда, кокосовото мляко, соевият сос и сока от лайм. Бъркайте до образуване на гладък сос.</p>
<p>2. Измийте и подсушете зелената салата. Измийте и нарежете на клечки репичките. Обелете, измийте и нарежете на клечки морковите.</p>
<p>3. Нарежете (накъсайте) на хапки изпечената пилешка гърда.</p>
<p>4. Смесете в дълбока купа салатата, зеленчуците и пилето. Поръсете с фъстъчен сос, пресен кориандър и фъстъци.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Любимият наднича в кухнята и прошепва: „Ухае приятно!“. Не знае какво готвя. Изненада е! Но още щом поглежда към десерта на лицето му грейва усмивка. Течен, кехлибарен карамел се лее над кокосов флан – гладко-прозрачен, като огледало. Не смеем да го разрежем. Дали да го нападнем заедно с лъжици или да го сервираме в отделни чинийки?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Изглежда прекалено красив за директна офанзива. Ако имахме гости със сигурно бихме го нарязали и сервирали подобаващо в отделни чинийки. Но нали сме си само двамата, емоциите надделяват. „Мога ли да започна?“ – пита Франсоа. Аз му се усмихва палаво: „Разбира се!“, и се нахвърляме безпощадно с лъжици върху десерта. Прекрасен е! Нежен крем-карамел с ухание на кокос, в малко по-солидна форма, но пък щедро залят с божествен карамел. Любимият се усмихва доволен: „Вкусно е!“.</p>

			<p>1. Загрейте захарта и водата в малка тенджерка на висока огън. Бъркайте за около 2-5 минути, докато захарта се разтопи. Намалете температурата на среден огън и оставете карамела да бълбука. Гответе за около 10 минути, докато придобие кехлибарен цвят. Излейте горещият карамел в съд с 20-см-ов диаметър/овал.</p>
<p>2. Разбийте в дълбока купа с миксер яйцата, кондензираното мляко, кокосовото мляко и щипка сол. Излейте готовата смес върху карамела.</p>
<p>3. Загрейте фурната на 150 градуса. Сложете съдът с флана в по-широка тавичка, предварително напълнена 1/3 с гореща вода. Сложете десерта да се готви за около 45-50 минути във фурната. Готов е щом при пробождане с нож средата не излиза течност.</p>
<p>4. Извадете десерта от тавичката с гореща вода. Оставете го да изстине за около 1 час на стайна температура, след което го поставете за една нощ в хладилника.</p>
<p>5. Преди сервиране, преминете с нож около стените на тавичката, за да може да се отлепи лесно фланът. Покрийте го със съд за сервиране и обърнете наобратно. По желание, декорирайте с ядливи цветчета и плодове.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Напоследък съм влюбена в корейската култура. Има нещо толкова човечно, искрено и чисто… неподправено в нея. Модерното темпо на развитие, южно-корейските сериали, грижливо пазената напитка соджу (алтернатива на нашата ракия), която все още си пазя, но някой ден с удоволствие ще изпия, ферментирането кисело зеле кимчи, медените бисквитки якуа… Листът е безкраен. Вече се досещате, че изучавам корейски език, нали? Просто така за удоволствие!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Южно-корейската кухня е световно призната, но дали е позната и в България? Дали все още гледаме на подобни храни с резервираност и леко притеснение?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">За смелите да ме последват, с днешната рецепта ще разтворим вратите на изтока и ще се потопим в едно истинско удоволствие &#8211; стър-фрай пиле по корейски, с кашу ядки и зеленчуци! Повярвайте ми, ястието е толкова лесно за направа и същевременно толкова вкусно. Всяка хапка буквало се топи в устата, и всички съставки са достъпни по магазините! Започваме ли? 			<p>1. Загрейте оризовото олио в широк тиган. Измийте, подсушете и нарежете пилето на бучки. Сложете го в купа, поръсете с царевично брашно и разбъркате. Изпържете го от в олиото до златисто.</p>
<p>2. Измийте и подсушете камбите, зеления боб и морковите. Нарежете зеленчуците на едро и ги прибавете към пилето. Бъркайте на силен огън за около 5 минути, докато се задушат.</p>
<p>3. Разбъркайте заедно в една купичка меда, соевият сос, настърганият джинджифил, смлените скилидки чесан и кайенският пипер. Залейте зеленчуците с готовата смес, прибавете кашу ядките и разбъркайте. Гответе за около 5-10 минутки, докато зеленчуците се сготвят и сосът се сгъсти.</p>
<p>4. Сервирайте щедри порции стър-фрай с гарнитура от сварен ориз.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Вече е ноември – време за меки пуловери и вкусна, дълбоко-уханна храна! Все по-често се задържаме на топло у дома още повече, когато ни примамва нещо апетитно в кухнята. Миризмите се леят на слоеве. Усещане за кимион, куркума и на още нещо. Приготвям пиле задушено в ароматен сос от домати, фъстъчено масло и соев сос, богато овкусено с екзотични подправки. Гарнитурата е лесна – сварен ориз! От ястията се надига пара. Сервирам в отделни купички и сядаме на масата с чаши шира. Първа хапка, и следва мълчание. Всеки се потапя в своите собствени усещания и едва след няколко лъжици се поглеждаме с усмивка и споделяме колко ни е вкусно! Не готвим често индийска кухня, но новата рецепта е вече в архива от любими ястията, които да се сготвят отново.</p>

			<p>1. Нарежете пилето на кубчета и го поставете на дъното на дълбока тенджера.</p>
<p>2. Нарежете лука на ситно и го прибавете при пилето.</p>
<p>3. Обелете, измийте и нарежете картофите на кубчета. Прибавете ги в тенджерата.</p>
<p>4. В отдел на купа смесете заедно консервата от домати, фъстъченото масло, соевият сос, смленият чесън, захарта, куркумата, кимионът, солта, смленият черен пипер, чилито, брашното и ситно нарязаните сушени кайсии. Бъркайте до гъста каша и изсипете всичко в тенджерата с останалите съставки. Разбъркайте и гответе за около 40-60 минути на среден огън, докато омекнат картофите и пилето започне да се разпада.</p>
<p>5. Сервирайте с гарнитура от сварен ориз.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Готови ли сте за барбекю? Тези апетитни пилешки сатета са идеалната рецепта с която бихте могли да си доставите удоволствие или да впечатлите гостите. Толкова е вкусна, че със сигурност ще си оближете пръстите!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Сате, а не шишчета, защото рецептата идва от азиатските страни. Изключително популярна е в Тайланд, но лесно бихте могли да я опитате в ресторанти из цяла Европа.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Непознатите съставки тук са:</p>
<ul>
<li>червена къри паста (бихте могли да си я снабдите от азиатската секция в големите супермаркети, или азиатски магазини около вас, или просто да пропуснете приготвяйки рецептата)</li>
<li>соев сос (вече ни е познат)</li>
<li>прясно изцеден сок от лайм (зелен лимон, ако случайно няма в магазините пробвайте с жълт лимон)</li>
<li>кокосово мляко (лесно бихте могли да се снабдите в големите супермаркети)</li>
<li>фъстъчено масло (открийте в големите супермаркети)</li>
<li>и пресен кориандър, за гарнитура.</li>

			<p>1. Измийте, подсушете и нарежете пилешките гърди на купчета. Мариновайте ги в смес от соев сос, червено къри, къри на прах, люти чушки, сол и смлян черен пипер за 30 минути или една нощ.</p>
<p>2. Набодете пилето на шишчета. Печете на барбекю или в тиган за около 3 минути от всяка страна, до покафеняване.</p>
<p>3. Направете соса от фъстъчено масло като смесите в малка тенджерка на слаб огън фъстъченото масло, оцета, меда, кокосовото мляко, соевият сос и сока от лайм. Бъркайте до образуване на гладък сос.</p>
<p>4. Сервирайте с варен ориз Басмати, салата от краставички и посипете с нарязани на едно солени фъстъци и пресен кориандър.</p>
